Located in the Ivano-Frankivsk region within the Halych district. It covers an area of ​​almost 15 thousand ha. The park was created in 2004, and it aims to preserve and rationally use the unique natural forests, meadows, marshes and water features of the region, as well as human-made historical and other monuments.

Places to see:

• Ornithological sites on the Dnister and its tributaries to observe the unique birds colonies every year at different times
• Oxbow lakes formed by rivers that have changed their course
• Fishing ponds which attract rare birds such as black stork
• The Burshtyn reservoir that never freezes
• The fabulous lakes in the woodland
• A wildlife rehabilitation center where visitors may interact directly with unique species
• Natural History Museum, presenting the outstanding features of forests, steppes and other natural areas of western Ukraine
